Bullet-resistant glass in accordance with EN 1063 standard

In accordance with the EN 1063 standard (bullet-resistant glazing), we offer lightweight products in all protection classes ranging from BR1 to BR7 and SG2. This glazing has been specially developed for:

Bulletproof glass according to STANAG 4569

In accordance with the STANAG 4569 standard, we offer bullet-resistant glazing for use in heavy military vehicles. These laminates are specially designed to provide protection against heavy military firearm ammunition under extreme conditions. In this class, we offer protection levels from level I to level III.

Maximum Security with Bullet- and Escape-Resistant Glass for Prisons

Allplast offers high-quality bullet- and escape-resistant glass specifically designed for prisons and other secured facilities. Their Seculam BR laminates, certified by TNO to meet EN 1063 standards, ensure maximum safety with strong resistance against bullets and escape attempts. The material is lightweight, robust, and prevents shattering and breakage, providing added protection for both staff and inmates. This laminate solution is ideal for cell door windows, observation windows, and security partitions. Allplast is ready to help institutions enhance their security measures.

Visors for personal protection

Allplast develops visors for personal protection, such as face shields and facial protection. Allplast's visors are composed of high-quality materials. In collaboration with the customer, the visors are finely crafted. The materials used for this purpose include:

  • Polycarbonate
  • PET-G

There are various options for the visors, such as:

  • Anti-scratch
  • Anti-static
  • Anti-fog coating

The thickness ranges from 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm. The weight falls between 100 and 200 grams, and we can provide custom printing in the desired shape. The screen itself is exceptionally clear for optimal visibility.
